By accessing and using ByteVibe's lead generation and online advertising platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

ByteVibe provides an AI-powered lead generation and online advertising platform that helps businesses identify, target, and convert high-quality prospects through advanced targeting technology and social network integration. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Lead discovery and qualification
• AI-powered targeting and scoring
• Social media integration and management
• Campaign management and optimization
• Analytics and performance reporting

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account and undergo our qualification process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

5. Payment Terms

Our pricing plans range from $40 to $60 per month depending on the advertising channels and features selected. Payment is due monthly in advance. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We take data privacy seriously. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ByteVibe and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information on this platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByteVibe excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ByteVibe, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
